You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you

• expressly agreed that we should begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and
• confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

That is exactly what we ask you for during checkout, with a checkbox that is not pre-ticked: tick it and the wall is unlocked immediately, and the right of withdrawal is gone. Without ticking it you cannot order, because an order without immediate unlocking would make no sense. We record the time of your agreement with the order and state it in the order confirmation that reaches you by email right after the purchase (§ 356 (5) and § 312f (3) of the German Civil Code).

Exceptions

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specification or clearly tailored to your personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code). This covers a printed card once you approve it and we send it to print. Before that you can change or cancel it freely.
