Money and limits
When do I pay?
When you unlock the wall, once the contributions are in and you’re ready to hand it over. Nothing costs a thing before that.
What if more people contribute than my plan allows?
Nothing stops you while you’re collecting. When you unlock the wall, the page shows which plan fits the number of contributions you have, and explains why a smaller one won’t.
What happens when the storage period ends?
You’ll get an email beforehand. Extending costs €9.99 per year. After that, only what you’ve downloaded is left.
Collecting contributions
Do the others need an account?
No. They open the link, record or upload something, and add their name. Only you, the organizer, have an account.
Can I review contributions first?
Contributions show up right away, and you can hide or delete any of them at any time. Strict pre-approval is available as a switch, just not by default, or you could end up with an empty wall on the big day.
Can the wall stay a secret?
Yes. Contributors can’t see what anyone else sent, and the wall itself only opens once you’ve unlocked it. You can also add a password.
Can kids contribute?
Before uploading, everyone confirms they’re at least 16 years old, or that a parent or guardian is uploading on the child’s behalf.
On the big day
What if the Wi-Fi at the venue is bad?
Before it starts, event mode loads every contribution fully onto the device. You can only hit start once that’s done.
Can I add my own music?
Yes. You upload your own music and confirm that you hold the rights to it. Tadaya doesn’t have a music library.
Can the guest of honor keep everything?
Yes, everything can be downloaded, one at a time or all at once.
