Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on July 20, 2025. A link to it would lead nowhere, so there isn’t one here.
